We have been successfully serving Buyers and Sellers in the Tucson Real Estate market for over seven years. We primarily concentrate on Tucson Arizona residential resale properties and custom home building sites in the growing Northwest Tucson community of Oro Valley, located in the shadows of the majestic Santa Catalina mountains.

Jack retired from a senior management position in 1998, after a 30 year career spanning assignments in Engineering, Contract Management, Marketing, and Construction Management for a national Engineering & Construction firm. Shortly after relocating to Tucson, he decided to become licensed and team with Margaret to serve clients for both listing and sales of residential homes and building lots. In 2002, after 3 years with a local Real Estate company, he obtained his Brokers License and started Tycor Realty Company. With a combined 7 years of successfully serving the interests of a growing client base, the Company is now benefiting from referrals and its reputation for providing personal and dependable representation to all its clients.

Margaret has been in Real Estate for over 10 years starting as an assistant with a Top Producer in Medina Ohio. She started work in Tucson with a land developer and gained valuable experience with new construction as well as re-sale properties. She has continuously increased her knowledge base through education, obtaining numerous designations, Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Mortgage Representative (M-Rep), e-Pro, and the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
